Jessie is a member of the American Counseling Association, is a certified PEERS® provider, trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure and Response Prevention. She is passionate about helping women reduce and manage their anxiety, so they can regain confidence, stop overthinking, and take action! Jessie has also fearlessly overcome her own anxiety using the same skills she teaches her clients.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy being outdoors, playing volleyball and spending time with family and friends.
Individual therapy is my primary form of treatment. I use empirically supported treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
Family can often play a significant role in client's lives. I think of each individual as one piece of the whole system around them. Therefore, family therapy is sometimes a necessity in treatment.
