Jessie Jenson, LPC
Jessie Jenson is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in treating anxiety disorders. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and her master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Jessie is a member of the American Counseling Association, is a certified PEERS® provider, trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure and Response Prevention. She is passionate about helping women reduce and manage their anxiety, so they can regain confidence, stop overthinking, and take control back in their life! Jessie has also fearlessly overcome her own anxiety using the same skills she teaches her clients.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy being outdoors, playing volleyball and spending time with family and friends.

Individual therapy is my primary form of treatment. I use empirically supported treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
